If you are not able to login using the credentials you have, there is always an option to reset your password. Click on the “Forgot password?” option available.
When you click on the forgot password option, a window will open up where you have to enter your email.
The password reset link along with a unique code will be sent to you via email. Click on the password reset link.
You will be redirected to the reset password page where you can enter the password you wish and then you are good to go.
