We have been asked about this the most – “Why can’t you generate an Appraisal Form directly from Profet?” We now have a good answer for that. You can now build a complete 1004 start-to-finish in Profet.

  • Find comprehensive property data for your subject property – from assessor records or from a current/previous listing. You can also enter a new construction from scratch if you need to.
  • Pull the inspection from your inspection platform. That will auto-populate your subject property.
  • Search for MLS comps within Profet – no need to go to the MLS and export the data.
  • Choose your adjustment model and complete your sales comparison approach
  • Optionally, pull cost data from DwellingCost
  • Optionally, build a complete Income Approach model with rent comps and GRM comps

Use AI for computer vision based Condition and Quality scores and property features.

Appraisers can now manage their business on a free platform that includes all basic features required. You only pay for building your appraisals in Profet.

Profet now supports a low-cost payment processing alternative that fully automates paying vendors.

  • The fully customizable workflow in Nexus automatically triggers a payment workflow for the accounting team.
  • Payments can be batched to be processed periodically – weekly or monthly or any other custom schedule
  • Payment batches are reconciled against completed orders
  • Accounting teams get full visibility into cash flow
  • Vendors receive fully automated notifications and payments.

Processing uses ACH transfers and reduces costs for both Vendors and Clients to a minimal fee.
